LEADERSHIP

YRCP members are provided leadership training as part of their participation in the program. During YRCP meetings the youth develop their communication and leadership skills through practical experience in outreach activities. YRCP members learn valuable skills including:

• Evaluating their own speaking ability
• Preparing and giving speeches
