According to a study by the Bayer Corporation, women and minorities are missing from the STEM workforce today because they were not identified, motivated, or encouraged to pursue STEM careers as youth.
STEAM ONWARD's Career Explorations Sessions contribute to providing youth with positive attitudes toward engaging in STEM activities.
